HJR 405 (2023) -  Prohibition on Open Primaries and Nonpartisan Elections

Proposes amendments to State Constitution to provide that only qualified electors with same party affiliation as candidate for office may vote in primary election for such office, to provide that candidates for office may not be prohibited from disclosing party affiliation or qualifying for office based on party affiliation & to prohibit exclusively nonpartisan elections.
