Authorizing a joint venture partner of specified applicants to be licensed as a medical marijuana treatment center and receive maximum consideration for its diversity plan under certain circumstances; requiring the Department of Health to license certain applicants that are recognized class members of specified class actions; authorizing an applicant for licensure as a medical marijuana treatment center to demonstrate that such applicant has maintained a bona fide business in the agriculture industry in the state for a specified time period to satisfy certain application criteria, etc.
