Reemployment of Retirees in the Florida Retirement System: Allowing a retiree to be reemployed by an employer participating in the Florida Retirement System and to receive compensation from that employer and retirement benefits after meeting the definition of termination; establishing contributions rates necessary to fund a new retirement benefit, etc.
