Nothing is more fundamental to our democracy and free form of government than the right to own private property free of government intervention, control and TAKING. We now have government taxes on our property to the point we feel like renters of the property from the government instead of owners. Government zones our land use to the point of violation of our private property rights. Now is the time to strike back for freedom. To reafirm that this is a govt based on individual rights, private property rights and citizen control of our laws. The people have a right to place this in their Constitution so there will be no doubt.
