159.609 Limitation.—No housing finance authority shall finance the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of any qualifying housing development for its own profit or as a source of revenue to the state or any local governmental unit, except when it is for the housing finance authorities’ offices and affordable housing.History.—s. 9, ch. 78-89; s. 3, ch. 93-221.
