284.41 Transfer of personnel and funds to the Division of Risk Management.—(1) All personnel and funds otherwise allocated to the Department of Financial Services for this purpose are transferred to the Division of Risk Management.
(2) The administration of parts I, II, and III of this chapter is a function of the Division of Risk Management.
