343.1013 Repeal.—This part shall stand repealed on November 30, 2018, unless:(1) The commission has adopted the regional transportation plan and the implementation plan, and at least Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties have adopted resolutions endorsing such plans; and
(2) Adequate funding sources to carry out the initial phases of such plans have been secured.
