445.038 Digital media; job training.—CareerSource Florida, Inc., through the Department of Economic Opportunity, may use funds dedicated for incumbent worker training for the digital media industry. Training may be provided by public or private training providers for broadband digital media jobs listed on the targeted occupations list developed by the Workforce Estimating Conference or CareerSource Florida, Inc.
