eliminates book-closing period for voter registration; provides registration & changes in registration at polls on election day; delays closing of polls; provides for earlier primary elections; requires voting systems approved for use in this state to provide each voter casting ballot with paper receipt that indicates each vote cast on ballot; revises provisions re absentee voting to allow for weekend voting, etc. Amends FS.
