Revises the definition of "institution of higher education" to include a career center; revises provisions relating to use of prior felonies for sexual predator determination; revises an operational date used for career offender registration; expands applicability of registration requirements; revises language relating to the definition of "sexual offender”; revises a provision relating to offender driver's license or identification card renewal.
Effective Date: July 1, 2005.
