General Bill by Rice (CO-SPONSORS) Anderson; Galvano; Glorioso; Goldstein; Harrell; Hasner; Legg; Llorente; Porth; Proctor; Quinones
Sexual Offenders: Prohibits a sex offender from having contact with a child younger than 18; provides that the Parole Commission or a court may approve a sex offender having supervised contact with a child younger than 18 under specified conditions; prohibits a sex offender from accessing or using the Internet or other computer services without an approved safety plan; disqualifies certain offenders from state employment.
