(THIS BILL COMBINES S126 & S2282) provides for license classification as winery shipper; limits amount that winery shipper licensee may ship to household; requires said licensee & common carrier to obtain signature of addressee; requires that common carrier maintain certain records; provides for Internet orders to be construed as telephone orders; revises qualifications for certification of Fla. Farm Wineries, etc. Amends FS.
