(THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S126 & S2282) authorizes direct shipment of wine into this state for personal consumption; requires licensure of winery shippers; provides eligibility requirements for licensure; requires that recipients be 21 years of age & proof of age & signature of recipient; requires monthly reports & payment of taxes by winery shippers; provides for jurisdiction; provides administrative & criminal penalties, etc. Amends FS.
