SB 1354 (2009) -  Pub. Rec./DOH/Controlled Substances Monitoring [SPSC]

Exempts from public records requirements information and records reported to the DOH under the electronic system for monitoring the dispensing of certain controlled substances. Authorizes certain persons and entities access to information. Provides restrictions on the use of such information and criminal penalties for violations. Authorizes agreements with other states to exchange prescription drug monitoring information, etc.
