General Bill by Waters (CO-SPONSORS) Littlefield; Sansom
State Lottery: Provides that unclaimed lottery prize money shall be distributed to the public schools, community colleges, and universities on a pro rata basis based on enrollment, rather than used for future prizes or prize promotions.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect July 1, 2003
