General Bill
Elections:
Provides for the automatic restoration of the right to vote of a former felon following completion and satisifaction of sentence of incarceration and community supervision; provides conditions for such automatic restoration.
Effective Date:
This act shall take effect on the effective date of House Joint Resolution No.__ or another amendment to the State Constitution which authorizes, or removes impediments to, enactment of this act by the Legislature
