General Bill
Nurses :
increases period of time which members of FRS who are employed as registered
nurses may participate in DROP; provides statement of proper & legitimate
state purpose; provides for grants to hospitals for nurse recruitment &
retention; provides for rules & eligibility criteria; requires applicants for
nursing licensure by endorsement to demonstrate ability to communicate in
English language, etc. Amends 121.091, 464.009, 1009.66.
