General Bill
Employment Practices:
Revises provisions relating to state employment policy, career service appointments, county and municipal employment, and unlawful employment practices to provide that discrimination on the basis of sex includes discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; provides a limitation with respect to employer health insurance benefits for abortion services.
