HB 467 CS (2004) -  Cosmetology

Exempts from cosmetology licensure the provision of certain services to certain persons during qualified productions; provides that such services are not required to be performed in a licensed salon; prohibits provision of such services to the general public; exempts from cosmetology licensure the provision of certain services to certain persons in a theme park or entertainment complex; authorizes the Board of Cosmetology to adopt by rule or incorporate by reference into rule certain federal restrictions on the use of certain products or substances; prohibits in the practice of cosmetology the use or possession of cosmetic products containing liquid nail monomers containing methyl methacrylate (MMA).
