HB 567 (2004) -  Consumption of Alcohol

Provides that it is a crime for a person under 21 years of age to consume alcohol; provides penalties; provides for the use of tests as evidence of a violation; authorizes a law enforcement officer to detain certain persons under certain circumstances; provides for use of certain testing devices for certain purposes; authorizes the use of testing results or a refusal to submit to tests as evidence.
