SB 1802 (2004) -  Highway Safety/Parental Notification

provides for parental notification form to be issued by HSMV; requires form to be completed by traffic enforcement officer who stops vehicle driven by person under 21 years of age if vehicle has parental notification decal; requires chief administrative officer to provide parental notification as provided on such decal; provides for traffic enforcement notification form & such decal to be issued by department. Amends 316.650; creates 322.093.
