Determination of Parentage:
Authorizes unmarried biological fathers to petition for paternity tests for visitation purposes; authorizes such fathers to petition for visitation; provides for due process rights of the mother and legal father; specifies a required burden of proof; authorizes a court to order visitation; limits the effect of such order; provides a statute of limitation.
