Privacy of Personal Information: Requires certain persons who maintain computerized data that contains personal information to notify any state resident whose unencrypted personal information may have been obtained as a result of a security breach; provides definitions and forms of notice; provides exceptions and alternative forms of notice; provides for delays in notification in certain circumstances.
