Civil Traffic Infractions: Creates the "Trauma Center Preparedness Act"; provides for an additional fee to be collected with each civil traffic penalty upon approval by the board of county commissioners; provides for administration of the moneys collected; requires moneys collected be used to fund unreimbursed costs of state-approved trauma centers.

Effective Date: upon becoming a law
