Creates a public records exemption for audit workpapers and reports of an agency inspector general; provides for expiration of the exemption; provides for future review and repeal; creates a public records exemption for investigative workpapers and reports of an agency inspector general; provides for expiration of the exemption; provides for future review and repeal; provides a statement of public necessity.
Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1681 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes law
