Agricultural Worker Safety Act"; provides for enforcement of federal worker protection regulations; requires agricultural employers to make agricultural pesticide information available to workers & medical personnel; prohibits said employers from failing to provide required info. & from taking retaliatory action against workers for exercising their rights; provides for application of certain penalties, etc. Amends FS.
