CS/CS/SB 2978 (2004) -  Corporate Tax Credit Scholarship

General Bill by Appropriations and Education (CO-SPONSORS) Lynn; Bullard; Aronberg
Corporate Tax Credit Scholarship: prohibits certain private schools & other entities & certain students from participating in scholarship program; revises limitations on allocation of annual credits granted under program; requires Auditor General to review certain audits, request certain information, & report to Legislative Auditing Committee any findings of noncompliance; provides for Law Enforcement Dept. to retain & search fingerprint records, etc. Amends 220.187.
