HB 1973 (2004) -  Public Records Exemptions

Exempts from public records requirements all user identifications and passwords held by the Department of State in the electronic filing system for campaign treasurer's reports; exempts from public records requirements records, reports, and files stored in the electronic filing system; provides for future review and repeal of the exemptions; provides a statement of public necessity.
