HB 1995 (2004) -  Motor Fuel Taxes

Provides for a reduction in the motor fuel tax for one month; provides for a reduction in refunds for the same period; includes offenses specified in the act under the investigation and prosecution authority of the Office of Statewide Prosecution; includes specified offenses under provisions prohibiting persons from holding a license for certain violations; provides for revocation of certain licenses for violations.
