SB 84 (2005) -  Video Lotteries

provides powers & duties of Lottery Dept. pertaining to video lottery games; prohibits certain persons from playing said games; provides for licensure of video lottery terminal vendors; requires said vendors to establish training programs for employees who service such terminals; requires operators of facilities where said games are conducted to post certain signs re compulsive gambling, etc. Amends Ch. 24, 212.02.
