HB 25 CS (2005) -  Health Care Practitioners

Provides that being terminated from a treatment program for impaired practitioners for failure to comply with certain contract terms or failure to successfully complete any drug or alcohol treatment program are additional grounds under which a health care practitioner is subject to discipline by the Department of Health or the board having jurisdiction over the practitioner.

Effective Date: July 1, 2005.
