Provides an exemption for service providers from including information identifying the State of Florida or the logo of the Department of Children and Family Services on contracts and written documents; requires the Department of Revenue, prior to determining a collection or refund to be undistributable, to make reasonable efforts to locate persons to whom collections or refunds are owed, including disclosure on the Internet of information with appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of the persons named in the database.
Effective Date: July 1, 2005.
