CS/CS/SB 634 (2005) -  Alarm System Contracting

by Regulated Industries and Criminal Justice and Bennett
provides criminal penalty for intentionally or willfully installing, servicing, testing, repairing, improving or inspecting fire alarm system unless person who performs those acts has certain qualifications or is exempt under specified provision; revises provisions authorizing municipality or county to require that electrical journeyman be present on certain nonresidential construction sites, etc. Amends 633.702, 489.537.
