SB 1008 (2005) -  HIV Infection/Testing of Inmates

HIV Infection/Testing of Inmates: requires county & municipal detention facilities to perform HIV test before inmate is released if inmate's HIV status is unknown; requires said facilities to notify DOH & county health dept. where inmate plans to reside following release if inmate is HIV positive; provides that informed consent is not required for HIV test of inmate prior to inmate's release from said facilities, etc. Amends 951.27, 381.004.
