Tax on Communication Services: (THIS BILL COMBINES S1296 & CS/2066) requires dealers to document exempt sales for resale; requires DOR to accept certain evidence during protest period; requires DOR to establish toll-free telephone number for purpose of verifying registration numbers & resale certificates; authorizes taxes distributed to local government under specified provision to be used for public purposes, etc. Amends 202.16,.19,.20,.21.
