HB 787 CS (2005) -  Deferred Compensation Programs

Revises the term "employee" and defines the term "governmental entity"; authorizes governmental entities by ordinance, contract agreement, or other documentation to participate in the deferred compensation plan of the state and specifies responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer with respect thereto.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
