SB 1532 (2005) -  Medicaid/Influenza Virus & Drugs

Medicaid/Influenza Virus & Drugs: requires that Medicaid Pharmaceutical & Therapeutics Committee recommend medications used to relieve symptoms of influenza virus to AHCA; provides that prior authorization for such medications is not required during certain months; authorizes agency to remove prior-authorization requirement for influenza drugs recommended by committee; requires that agency reimburse maximum supply of one medication used to treat said virus. Amends Ch. 409.
