HB 1181 CS (2005) -  Alimony

Authorizes a court to reduce or terminate an award of alimony if there is proof by a preponderance of the evidence that the obligee is in a supportive relationship with another person not related by consanguinity or affinity; prescribes factors to be considered by the court.

Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
