General Bill
Dealer Collection Allowance for the Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions:
Authorizes a dealer to elect to forego the collection allowance and direct that the collection allowance be deposited to the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund; provides exceptions; provides for rules by the Department of Revenue; provides for costs recovery by the department.
Effective Date:
January 1, 2006.
