Clarifies the list of federally licensed and permitted activities reviewed for consistency under the Florida Coastal Management Program; revises provisions relating to the licensing and relicensing of hydroelectric power plants; requires the inclusion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents in consistency reviews for certain activities.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
