SB 182 (2006) -  Controlled Substances

provides for aggregation of amounts of controlled substances in certain circumstances for offenses involving trafficking; requires that defendant on pretrial release for felony drug offense who is subsequently arrested for new felony drug offense be returned to custody & show that he or she is not a danger to community in order to be released again; creates Drug Paraphernalia Abatement Task Force within Executive Office of Governor, etc. Amends FS.
