SB 1222 (2006) -  Public Service Commission

removes legislative intent re appointment of members to said commission; provides that, beginning with general election of 2006, commissioners shall be elected to serve on commission; provides that commissioner is elected to serve 4-year term; provides for staggered election in 2006; requires Committee on Public Service Commission Oversight to oversee operations of commission, etc. Amends Ch. 350, 112.324; repeals 350.031.
