Judicial Circuit Direct-Support Organizations: Provides for a direct-support organization in a judicial judicial circuit; provides for organization and operation of the organization for specified purposes; provides for approval of the organization by the state attorney of the judicial circuit; provides for a board of directors; provides for appointment of a president of the board; provides for appointment of board members; authorizes the state attorney's office of the judicial circuit to permit use of property and facilities of the office by the direct-support organization for specified purposes; provides limitations; authorizes the state attorney of the judicial circuit to adopt rules; requires the direct-support organization to submit information to the state attorney's office; requires the organization to provide for an annual financial audit.
