HB 729 (2006) -  Tax Credits for Taxpayer Expenditures to Promote Employee Fitness

Provides for a credit against the corporate income tax and insurance premium tax for corporate and insurer taxpayer expenditures relating to providing employee fitness facilities or supporting fitness-related activities by employees; provides for administration by the Department of Revenue; provides for expiration; adds amount taken as credit under specified provision to adjusted federal income.
Effective Date: January 1, 2007, and shall apply to tax years beginning on or after that date.
