CS/CS/SB 1532 (2006) -  Trauma Services

General Bill by Health and Human Services Appropriations and Health Care and Lynn
Trauma Services: prohibits licensing of additional emergency departments located off premises of licensed hospitals until AHCA adopts rules; repeals provision to terminate Trauma Services Trust Fund; revises provisions re distribution of funds to trauma centers & use thereof; establishes trauma center startup grant program; provides conditions for receipt of startup grant, etc. Amends 395.003,.1055,.4001,.4036; repeals 395.4035; creates 395.41.
