General Bill
Clinical, Counseling, and Psychotherapy Professionals:
Revises a condition for waiver of communication confidentiality; provides persons licensed or certified under ch. 491, F.S., with criminal and civil liability from certain disclosures; provides requirements for lawful use of the title "social worker"; provides a penalty for unlawful use of such title; provides a grandfather clause; requires the Department of Health to adopt implementing and enforcing rules; defers applicability for certain persons.
