SB 1726 (2006) -  Hunter Safety/Supervised Hunting

provides for FWC to issue license authorizing person who is otherwise unqualified to engage in certain hunting activities while under supervision; provides certain limitations on issuing such license; exempts person issued license authorizing supervised hunting from requirement to have completed hunter safety course; revises required hours of instruction for said course. Amends 372.5717.
