Special Risk Class of the Florida Retirement System: Authorizes certain employees to purchase additional retirement credit for past service at a 3-percent Special Risk Class accrual value; provides for contribution rate increases to fund certain benefits; directs the Division of Statutory Revision to adjust certain contribution rates; provides a statement of important state interest.
Effective Date: July 1, 2006.
