Tax on Sales, Use, and Other Transactions: Authorizes a dealer to elect to forego the collection allowance and direct that collection allowance revenues be transferred to the Department of Education for distribution to school districts which have adopted resolutions dedicating the use of such revenues for classroom technology; provides exceptions; provides for rules by the Department of Revenue; provides an appropriation; provides for cost recovery.
