SB 1802 (2006) -  Sexual Offenders/Registration

provides that certain sexual offenders who were young adults or older minors at time sexual offense was committed may petition court for removal of requirement to register as sexual offenders; requires FDLE to remove offender from classification as sexual offender for purposes of registration & notification if offender provides to dept. certified copy of court's written findings or order granting petition, etc. Amends 943.0435, 944.607.
